Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has appointed Sharon French as a Partner in the Property & Asset Management team within in its London Markets group.
Sharon joins Cushman & Wakefield on the 30th April and is one of Central London’s top experts in property management and mobilisation. She has spent the majority of her career with CBRE where she led the Central London team for a number of years, managing assets and relationships for clients such as Heron, Deka, Evans Randall, St Martins, Motcomb Estates, Atlas Capital, Pembroke and D2.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Property & Asset Management team in London is led by Polly Plunket-Checkemian and is retained on a several high profile instructions including the mandate for the management of Regent Street on behalf of The Crown Estate; managing agent on Heron Tower; asset management advice for Paternoster Square on behalf of Mitsubishi Estates Company; management of trophy portfolios with St Martins and Westbrook comprising landmarks such as ShellMex House, Willis Building 51 Lime Street and 150 Cheapside.

The Firm has instructions totalling 6.5 million sq ft including; J.P. Morgan’s 1 million sq ft office portfolio in the City of London and 1 million sq ft of offices at Westfield Stratford City. Cushman & Wakefield is also mandated on over 1.5 million sq ft of occupier requirements across London and also advises the U.S. Department of State on the development of its new U.S. Embassy at Nine Elms.
