The Almondsbury Business Park, located adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange, continues to be a popular office location as proved by recent double lettings to Vistair Systems Limited and Novus Property Solutions Limited.
The Park, which comprises nine modern office buildings set in mature landscaped grounds with parking, has only a few office suites left of between 700 and 3,000 sq ft, and only one detached self-contained building, being the 4,000 sq ft Ashwood House.
Novus Property Solutions Limited, a national maintenance, refurbishment and new build contractor with 30 offices in the UK, recently decided to split its expanding office operations from its warehouse function in the Avonmouth area. Vistair Systems Limited, a provider of world class aviation safety and technology solutions to over 40 of the major global aviation businesses, has agreed to expand their HQ by a further 25% following the agreement to take over the whole of Broadway House on the Park, which totals some 9,291 sq ft, on a new 15 year lease at a rental of £129,066 per annum.
Vistair are not new to the Park, they commenced their operations in Bredon House before moving into the first floor of Broadway House and now expanding into the ground floor.
