A leading land remediation company is expanding as a result of winning more work in the booming construction sector and relocating to a larger site in the West Midlands, it has been announced.
Remediation consultancy Dunton Environmental has secured a one-acre site at Northgate, Aldridge. The site includes 10,000 sq ft of office space, which will be refurbished, and storage yards for plant and machinery.
Chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows was appointed by Dunton to help find a suitable site that met its requirements in a location north of Birmingham.
Dunton’s expertise has been in demand in response to the high levels of activity in the construction industry.
