Manchester based property investor MCR has sold the final 8,274 sq ft unit at Rhino Court in Stockport.
Awareness Software Ltd, a provider of outsourced IT services to SMEs, has bought unit five, the last available office on the scheme originally developed by Leeds based Marshall CDP.
Rhino Court houses nine stand alone, self-contained buildings comprising 40,000 sq ft of office accommodation two miles south of Stockport town centre, close to the A6 and Hazel Grove train station. Awareness Software joins Beeley & Co Solicitors, packaging design and print company, Law Print & Packaging, and learning solutions provider, Keyteach at the scheme.
Richard Wharton, director at JLL, said: “The popularity of Rhino Court is aided by its strong connectivity and proximity to excellent public transport links and is further evidence of the high demand for good quality office accommodation across Greater Manchester from both SMEs and large corporates in well-located sites.”
JLL and Matthews & Goodman acted as joint agent on behalf of MCR with WHR acting on behalf of Awareness Software.
