National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its successful Industrial and Logistics team with a promotion to director in the firm’s Northampton office.
Richard Baker was previously an associate director in the Industrial and Logistics team, having joined LSH in the Northampton office in 2004.
He began his training in private practice in London in 1999 and has a wide range of experience acting on behalf of both major corporate and public sector organisations.
He has been involved in several major transactions in the Northampton and M1 corridor areas including acting on behalf of key clients across a range of disposals and lettings.
LSH Director, Lloyd Spencer said, “This promotion is indicative of the growth in LSH’s business in the industrial sector. I am confident that through his experience and contacts Richard will continue to enable LSH to make further significant inroads into the industrial and logistics market in the M1 corridor and Northampton areas and the region as a whole.”
