Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office, in conjunction with De Villiers, have arranged for the sale of Unit 12 at the Harvard Industrial Estate in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire to private buyers.
The property is a detached warehouse building of 26,546 sq ft, incorporating 9,000 sq ft of offices together with 70 parking spaces and 0.7 acres of expansion land.
