Leading UK real estate adviser GVA has announced a Director promotion in its Manchester office, one of a number of senior promotions it has made across the UK.
Chris Walker has been promoted to a Director in the Restructuring and Recovery team. Chris – a registered valuer and Fixed Charge Receiver – has been at GVA for 14 years and his role is focused on providing strategic valuation, asset management and disposal advice to lenders, insolvency practitioners and borrowers on properties in all sectors throughout the North West region.
