Property consultancy Myddelton & Major secured a deal for Alpha & Omega Performance to take a six-year lease on 22 Cherry Orchard Lane, Salisbury, a former pump house.
The asking rent for the property was £12,500 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Alpha & Omega Performance Ltd is a purpose-built strength and performance facility for athletes looking to take their training to the next level.
“The company offers a big range of equipment which caters for all functional and training needs, including the only monolift in the area.
“We were pleased to have been able to secure these premises for them to offer a range of services, including specialised coaching, corporate training and mentoring, plus downloadable personal development products and training.”
The 2,031 sq ft (188.68 sq m) Cherry Orchard Lane property lies to the western edge of Churchfields Industrial Estate and accessed from Churchfields Road and Cherry Orchard Lane.
