Logicor, a leading owner and operator of modern logistics facilities in Europe, announces the appointment of Philip Green as non-executive Chairman.
Mr Green is a highly experienced chairman and executive director having served as Chairman of Carillion plc, the international integrated support services business, since 2014, having been appointed to the board in 2011, and also serving as Chairman of US industrial services company, BakerCorp Inc.
Mr Green was previously the Chief Executive of United Utilities Group plc (a member of the FTSE-100) from 2006 to 2011 and, prior to that, his business career included periods serving as Chief Executive of Royal P&O Nedlloyd NV, an international shipping company, Chief Operating Officer of Reuters Group PLC and Chief Operating Officer of DHL International GmbH, a major logistics company, in Europe and Africa.
