Cushman & Wakefield has announced 53 partner promotions across its EMEA business, including one for its Newcastle office.
The promotions were made as part of the annual review cycle and cover a range of skill lines, business units and geographies. Individuals were appointed following a rigorous selection process led by members of the EMEA Board and the Partners’ Taskforce.
Peter Atkinson from the Newcastle Investment team has been promoted to Partner. Peter has been highly active in both the regional and national investment market since his relocation to the North East three years ago. He acts for a wide range of private and institutional clients including Orchard Street IM, London & Capital, Helmsley Group, Northumberland Estates and Hanro Group.
Recent notable deals he’s been involved in include, the £21.58m sale of the landmark office Central Square, the c£21.5m acquisition of Halfords Distribution headquarters, the £32.5m sale of NPower’s Rainton Bridge headquarters and, most recently, the c£10m sale of the Felling Town Centre redevelopment.
