Hermes Investment Management has secured three new lettings at Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Terms have been agreed on three industrial units, totalling 24,719 sq ft. The deals will see roofing products supplier Premium Roofing Supplies take a 10,000 sq ft unit, glass manufacturer Anders Glass take 7,800 sq ft and automotive distributor, Imexpart, take 6,500 sq ft. All three lettings have been agreed on a 10-year lease and follow a recent 9,832 sq ft letting to Grono Lawns in October 2016.
Guinness Road Trading Estate is a multi-let park comprising 235,000 sq ft of high quality industrial units. There is one 15,389 sq ft double unit left available at the park, which is quoted at £5.50 per sq ft.
Matthew Chillingworth, Asset Manager at Hermes Investment Management, said: “These recent deals demonstrate the continued ability for Guinness Road Trading Estate to attract tenants ahead of the competition, underlining the strength of park and the quality of the refurbished units.”
JLL and Williams Sillitoe are joint agents on the scheme.
Robert Kos, Surveyor at JLL, said: “The speed at which we’ve agreed these lettings at Guinness Road Trading Estate is further evidence of the significant demand for quality industrial accommodation in the North West.”
Mark Sillitoe, Director at Williams Sillitoe agreed, stating that: “The Guinness Road Trading Estate is one of the best quality estates on Trafford Park and continues to attract quality occupiers to the site”.
The new occupiers will join businesses such as Universal Components, SGS and Cennox at the estate.
