Acting on behalf of Amerdale Investments LLP, Cushman & Wakefield has secured a new letting on the second floor of Millennium House, Ridgway Office Park in Denton.
Assa Abloy, the largest global supplier of intelligent lock and security solutions, have signed a new 10 year lease on the premises and have also acquired the neighboring storage compound on the same terms.
Formerly occupied by Tameside & Glossop NHS Trust, Millennium House has undergone and benefitted from a major refurbishment. The prominent building is located on the established Ridgway Office Park and benefits from an extensive car parking allocation and access to the M60.
Jonathan Baucher, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have attracted Assa Abloy to Millennium House – a market leading, global business. Millennium House continues to attract a healthy level of occupational interest and we are confident the building will be fully let in the near future. There is a distinct lack of high quality stock in East Manchester at present and we are hoping to capitalize on this with the delivery of a re-positioned New Century House in the summer following the NHS vacating last month.”
Suites from 2,500 sq.ft. are available at both Millennium House and New Century House. The quoting rent is £15 per sq.ft.
