St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has secured the first letting of the latest phase of units at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool.
Belron UK Ltd, which trades as Autoglass, is one of the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement groups and has taken a 4,500 sq ft unit on a five-year lease.
This phase of new units at Stonebridge East on Hermes Road provides five high quality units comprising 15,667 sq ft of commercial accommodation.
