IM Properties rolling programme of investment in Mell Square has attracted tech innovator – SOTI to the recently completed offices at St Alphege Place, situated above the new Carluccio’s.
Taking all three floors (9,142 sq ft) of the Grade A office scheme, SOTI is relocating staff from Cranmore and sees the new location as the next step in the company’s UK expansion plans.
St Alphege is the first new build speculative office scheme in Solihull for a decade, and its swift letting so close to practical completion is testament to both the quality of the development and strength of the town centre offering.
Rob Hemus from IM Properties is delighted its £3M investment in the new scheme is paying off, which also prompted Italian restaurant and deli chain, Carluccio’s, to sign up early and demonstrates the local property company’s commitment to improving the quality of mix at Mell Square.
