Midlands property consultancy Innes England is once again streets ahead of its competitors across the region, with three of its agents scooping prestigious industry titles in recent weeks.
Director Nick Hosking, and associate directors Jenny Clarke and Scott Osborne were named as ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ for Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire respectively in the Estates Gazette Interactive competition. To win the titles, Nick, Jenny and Scott completed more deals than their competitors over the past 12 months.
The news of this success comes just weeks after Innes England scooped the ‘Most Active Agent’ for the East Midlands award in the Estates Gazette Interactive competition for the tenth consecutive year.
Matthew Hannah, director and head of agency at Innes England, said: “Having not one, but three of our team win the Dealmaker title in the East Midlands is really impressive; a reflection of our market knowledge and tenacity to secure positive results for our clients – showing that we lead the way in Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
“This follows a remarkable run of a decade at the top as the Most Active Agent for the East Midlands, which is driven by the talented and proactive team we have here at Innes England.”
The EGi deals competition is designed to establish the agents completing the largest volume of deals throughout the year. The competition is an independent survey, conducted by a research team, which covers commercial property transactions.
All three agents secured significant deals across the East Midlands including: Nick handling a multi-million pound investment sale on behalf of MCR in Derby, Jenny overseeing an off-market office investment sale of Millers House in Market Harborough and Scott managing the largest single disposal in Nottinghamshire of the 154,000 sq ft Network 25 industrial unit.
Throughout the East Midlands, Innes England completed more than 400 deals across the industrial, office, retail, leisure and investment sectors for its clients.
