Tim Cameron-Jones, Head of the North Region, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “I congratulate Dave and Greg on their appointments. Dave has been a long standing and integral part of our team in Newcastle, working with many of our key clients, as well as a key member of the leadership team. I am delighted that Greg is moving back to a team he knows very well, bringing with him valuable experience he’s gained from his time in Leeds. We hugely appreciate Tony’s contribution to the firm over many years. Whilst sorry to lose him as a colleague, we are thrilled that he is moving to a valued and progressive client. We wish him well and look forward to working with him closely in his new role at Parabola.”
David Wilson, Head of Office, Cushman & Wakefield in Newcastle, said: “Part of our success, and Tony’s legacy, is the very strong senior team in Newcastle and it will be business as usual through this leadership transition. I am looking forward to taking on my new role in a team that I’ve been part of for the majority of my career. It is an exceptionally talented and experienced team who have great relationships with our clients and are working on exciting and iconic mandates, the most recent addition being our instruction by Gateshead City Council to market the historic Grade II-listed Victorian Old Town Hall for redevelopment.”
Greg Davison, Head of Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield in Newcastle said: “I am looking forward to moving back to Newcastle and to working with many familiar colleagues and clients to ensure the Office Agency team maintains its market leading position.”
