Rotherham was sold for Kingspan at £2.8m to a private investor. The successful sale includes three detached industrial warehouse units with a large yard for extended storage and a detached office totalling 65,930 sq.ft.
Conveniently situated just one mile north of Rotherham town centre within the Barbot Industrial Estate in South Yorkshire, it is fully let to One 51 ES (Plastics) UK Limited, trading as MGB Plastics, with a guarantee from One51 plc, on an FRI lease expiring 31st August 2025 with approximately 9.25 years unexpired. J38 Barnsley was sold for Stainton at £3.66m to South Street Capital. The site is a substantial freehold, 16 acre industrial estate comprising workshop, industrial warehouse accommodation and yard storage.
The Barnsley site has excellent links, lying approximately 1 mile south of Junction 38 of the M1 motorway, located in Darton, which is 4 miles from Barnsley. It includes a range of industrial units from 1,670 sq.ft to 52,068 sq.ft, totaling 215,426 sq.ft.
