Staff at Lincoln professional firm Banks Long & Co are celebrating winning a second prestigious accolade in the space of two months.
The team at the busy commercial property practice is delighted after it was named Lincolnshire’s Most Active Agent 2017, by the respected industry journal Estates Gazette.
Banks Long & Co beat off stiff competition to take the title. It comes hot on the heels of the firm walking away with the Agent of the Year prize in the first-ever Lincolnshire Property and Construction Awards (run by Lincolnshire Chamber) in February.
The employer of 27 people, which provides a full-range of services to clients locally, regionally and nationally, is finding itself increasingly in the spotlight after also relocating to quality modern premises in Westgate in uphill Lincoln, in November.
Managing Director Tim Bradford said: “We are absolutely thrilled to win the Estates Gazette award. It is fantastic to receive this recognition so quickly after our success in the Lincolnshire Property and Construction Awards.
“These honours are highly-prized. Recognition within the industry carries a lot of weight and underlines our determination to offer a top class service to all our clients, whether they are looking for business premises to rent or need our expertise in relation to a multi-million redevelopment project.
“We have built-up a superb team who work to achieve the highest of standards. Whilst the business is headed by four directors and five associate directors, the trainees are encouraged to work towards achieving chartered RICS status and the support staff all share our ethos of putting the client first,” said Tim.
“We have always been proud with our involvement with local projects – such as the regeneration of Lincoln’s Cornhill Quarter and the ongoing expansion of the University of Lincoln and other high value projects along the city’s Brayford Waterfront.
“Our ability to deal with anything from the acquisition, sale and rental of property through to the provision of building services, investment and consultancy expertise, has seen our expertise grow to be in demand UK-wide. This trend is growing,” added Tim.
