Housebuilder Gleeson has opened a brand new office in Nottingham as part of its rapid expansion across the Midlands.
Gleeson, which specialises in transforming brownfield land into communities of low cost homes, has taken more than 3,200 sq ft of office space at Aspect Court in Bulwell in a deal over seen by property consultancy Innes England.
Bryan Simpson, Gleeson regional director, said: “Aspect Business Park is the ideal location for our new office as it provides excellent transport links to the region. We look forward to welcoming new staff members to the office over the coming months.”
Gleeson Homes has recruited a brand new regional team for its Nottingham base with departments including sales, build, land and commercial located there. The team will cover a geographical area from north Derbyshire to south Nottinghamshire.
Laura Jardine, surveyor in the firm’s agency team, brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, Rushcliffe Developments. She said: “Gleeson Homes is a business that is growing very quickly and had been looking for a base in Nottingham to be able to cover this region.
“Aspect Court offers high specification, modern office accommodation in a great location with excellent transport links across the region thanks to its proximity to the M1 and A610.”
Gleeson is currently selling homes on five developments in the region and also has a number of developments going through the planning permission phase.
The house building specialist has recently expanded into seven regional offices across the north of the country with the Nottingham office the latest addition.
Innes England and joint agents GVA are currently marketing space at Aspect Business Park.
