Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 13 New Street, Honiton, Devon on behalf of their clients. The ground floor lock up retail unit was available by way of an assignment of the current lease which had a passing rental of £9,000 per annum. The shop extended to approximately 63 m2 (677 ft2) plus kitchenette and toilet facilities.
