Savills have appointed Lina Higuita as Operations Manager to lead their management team and to assist in ensuring the continued success of Barons Quay.
In the newly created role, Lina will be responsible for ensuring that there are resources and management structures in place to support existing and future retailers at Barons Quay as well as working effectively with partners including Cheshire West and Northwich BID. In addition to managing day-to-day operations at Barons Quay, Lina will also be involved in assisting with the planning of events.
Her former roles included managing The Arcadian, a leisure and retail centre in Birmingham, and working with a number of other organisations within the retail and facilities industries – bringing a wealth of experience to Barons Quay.
Commenting on her new role Lina says: “This is an exciting time to be joining the Savills’ team at Barons Quay. I am delighted to have the opportunity of working with the team to continue to raise Barons Quay’s profile within the local community.”
