Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (“TFT”), independent property and construction consultancy, has announced further growth in its teams in Guildford and London.
Miranda Anglias joins TFT Guildford as Associate Building Surveyor supporting clients across London and southern England. She joins from Antony Patrick Associates and previously, BNP Paribas Real Estate. Miranda is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience. She is already supporting a high-profile West End client with a major renovation of part of a Grade 1 Listed Building. She is also leading dilapidations negotiations on a large industrial unit in West London.
Daniel May joins TFT’s London headquarters as a Senior Building Surveyor. He joins from Workman LLP and is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Daniel will be working across a range of clients offering professional surveying services. However, initially he is leading sub-division works for an institutional investor’s office asset in Surrey due to be completed in the next three months.
