The industrial team at property advisor JLL has let 14,091 sq ft at Lostock Industrial Estate, Bolton, on behalf of SHS Estates.
Gas burner manufacturer, Burnertec, has taken a 10-year lease on Unit C paying £4.50 psf. The new deal sees the scheme, which is located five miles east of Bolton town centre, at full occupancy.
Burnertec joins existing occupiers including engineering firm Beldam Crossley Ltd, radiator specialists Geyser and garage door manufacturer and supplier Select Garage Doors.
