Acting on behalf of Selco Builders Warehouse, London Clancy jointly with Colliers International has advised on two acquisitions in succession.
In Portsmouth Selco have taken Optima, a 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) modern warehouse building with yard located off North Harbour Spur, on a new lease from private investors.
In Poole Selco have taken a 35,000 sq ft (3,252 sq m) new build at Fleets Corner shortly to be completed in Spring 2017.
Selco continue their South Coast expansion. London Clancy and Colliers International continue to actively search for a new depot in the Brighton area.
