The fully refurbished industrial unit gives 15,875 sq ft of accommodation in total with office space across two floors and an open plan warehouse with roller-shutter access.
Fielding Industrial Estate is to the east of Cambridge city with access to the A11 east to Norwich and points east and west on the A14 and south to the M11 motorway. Other commercial occupiers on site include Prior Scientific Instruments Ltd and Cambridge Removals & Storage.
