Immigration Advice Service, the specialist immigration solicitors, has purchased Ashwood House in Oldham.
The 7,500 sq ft office property was sold freehold for £400,000, by Manchester-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall.
David Murray, agent at Sanderson Weatherall said, “This is a fantastic office space for Immigration Advice Service and we are pleased to have secured this sale on behalf of our client.”
Ashwood House is the most recent acquisition for Immigration Advice Service, which has 21 other offices across the UK.
