Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has won a national award in recognition of its work within Wales positioning the commercial property consultancy as the top-ranked agency for commercial office space in the principality.
LSH Wales has earned the accolade of ‘Office Deals 2016 Regional Winner’ in an annual awards competition organised by the industry’s top trade publication, Estate’s Gazette (EGi). The Wales office has held the title for nine years, beating off challenges from other national and regional players in the commercial property sector with the company as a whole scooping the title in the Industrial tables given the high number of deals it carried out.
The awards take results from an independent survey conducted by the EGi Research team covering commercial property transactions. Commercial property firms submit their deals information for the year with the judges reviewing the individual sectors of Office, Industrial, Retail and Leisure/Hotel agency as well as activity in the Investment market and the overall picture.
Judges declared LSH clear winners in Wales for the number of office deals it handled. LSH, the only national firm of property consultants to have offices in both Cardiff and Swansea, is headed by Lee Mogridge who says: “We’re delighted to have secured the number one spot for our office agency work once again. I think it underlines that we are not only active as a firm but that our efforts also support the Welsh business community. These awards recognise the hard work and enthusiasm of the LSH team but we wouldn’t be as effective if our commitment wasn’t also backed by in-depth market knowledge and a multi-disciplinary approach to client services.”
LSH has 34 offices throughout the UK and Ireland and employs over 1400 people.
