Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its London Project Management and Consultancy team with the appointment of Matthew Still as partner.
Matt brings over 25 years’ experience most recently as Head of London Building Consultancy at GL Hearn – now part of Capita – where he was responsible for developing and growing the building surveying team.
Matt’s recent projects include:
- Development monitoring of the construction of Worldpay Plc’s new 40,000 sq ft offices in Cambridge, having previously project managed their 90,000 sq ft, £6 million headquarters at Walbrook.
- Development monitoring and project management at London’s iconic Borough Market during the construction of the new Network Rail viaduct through the site which attracts thousands of food-lovers every weekend.
Matt brings a depth of experience in all building surveying services and in particular dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring and acting as an expert witness.
