Specialist crane provider Road Rail Cranes has moved into the Westerleigh Business Park in Yate.
The company has taken a new 10 year lease at Unit 10 Westerleigh. This is the second letting on the estate in recent months, adding to an already strong tenant mix.
Road Rail Cranes provides a range of unique mobile cranes to work on the Network Rail infrastructure. The cranes are capable of accessing the most remote work site to provide a safe lifting solution onto rail track works. This is the firms’ first depot to service the rail works in the Greater Bristol district.
Commercial property adviser Knight Frank advised the landlord on the transaction and Josh Gunn from Knight Frank’s Bristol industrial and logistics agency team said: “Westerleigh Business Park was constructed in 2002 and is one of Yate’s most modern industrial estates. It is located on the Badminton Road Industrial Estate, to the south of the town, and is attractive to a range of occupiers. Yate has grown in popularity over the last two years due its access to the north Bristol market, which has become restricted as the market has improved.
“Two other units are currently available – the 7,757 sq ft Unit 4 and the 6,631 Unit 10, both of which provide modern warehouse or production space plus offices on two floors. The estates design, separating the secure yard to the rear and car parking to the front elevation, proves popular for prospective Tenants”
