Lambert Smith Hampton’s Glasgow office has scooped its first instruction from Starbucks, one of the world’s biggest coffee shop chains, by acting on behalf of OCO Westend Ltd and Storage Vault.
The commercial property consultancy’s Glasgow-based planning team has been appointed to assist with the ambitious growth plans OCO Westend Ltd, Starbucks’ official franchise business in the west of Scotland in Dumfries, Perth and Linwood.
The project will see the LSH team submit a joint planning application for the chain’s first drive-thru coffee shop in Glasgow and a business facility for self-storage company Storage Vault at the same site on Polmadie Road.

Planning consent is expected to be determined in Summer 2017.
