Capital & Regional is pleased to announce that it has agreed terms and exchanged with the pioneering burger operator, Five Guys, at The Mall Wood Green.
Five Guys, the UK’s favourite better burger brand has agreed to occupy 3,200 sq ft of space on a lease term of 15 years and will be located at Unit 12, High Road.
This new deal follows on from the continued momentum from retail and leisure operators emerging into the Wood Green area. Pret A Manger recently also opened its first store in Wood Green at The Mall, agreeing to occupy a 3,000 sq ft unit on a lease term of 15 years.
Five Guys launched its first outlet in London in the summer of 2013 in Covent Garden and has since opened an additional twelve stores across the capital including outlets in Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus.

The Mall Wood Green is a vibrant 540,000 sq ft shopping centre acquired in 2002 and prominently located on either side of the main High Road in the heart of Wood Green’s town centre.
The Mall Wood Green consists of over 90 stores, complete with a 12 screen cinema complex, restaurants and a 30,000 sq ft indoor Market Hall.
