CBRE’s Southampton office has relocated to the recently refurbished Savannah House in Ocean Village. A new 10-year lease has been agreed on the last remaining space in the building which comprises 4,338 sq ft on the ground floor. CBRE joins existing tenants PwC and Vail Williams.
CBRE has developed an agile working environment entitled ‘Workplace 360’ and its office in Southampton will adopt this new way of working. Flexibility within the workplace is at the heart of the design and the office will provide a variety of working areas with an entirely cloud based IT system. Fit out of the new space began in early February and completed ahead of the move this week.
