Marine Industrial LLP have taken a business unit of approximately 2,010 sq ft (186.73 sq m) at Unit 10 Compass Point, Hamble.
“The company head office is based in Norfolk but the company needed to be closer to the marine industry and Compass Point provided the ideal location” said Robin Mace Managing Partner.
The building has been taken on a new 7 year lease. London Clancy acted on behalf of private investors.
