Bath-based HPH Commercial Property has completed the latest phase of its asset management programme at Bewley House in Chippenham town centre.
The works include the complete refurbishment of the building’s last available office suite and the creation of an attractive new main entrance hall and reception area.
They are the latest in a raft of enhancements that HPH has made to the building since it acquired the property in 2001. Other measures have included investments to improve the building’s energy efficiency, connectivity and appearance, and reduce costs for tenants.
HPH has since been rewarded with a number of lettings to occupiers including NHS England, Wiltshire Council and the National Caravan Council. Now just one unit remains available.
The 4,685 sq ft suite, which is being marketed by property consultancy Alder King, provides good quality open plan accommodation on the ground floor. It has been redecorated throughout with new carpets and enjoys excellent natural daylight. Other features of the building include a video entryphone system, dedicated meeting rooms and allocated car parking spaces.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King’s Swindon office, said: “HPH has enjoyed great success with Bewley House, attracting high quality occupiers. With just one suite available, it maintains very high levels of occupation which is testament to the quality of the building and the investment that HPH has made.
“Given the strong demand for office accommodation in the region, we’re confident we’ll soon once again have 100% occupation in Bewley House.”
