Leading independent healthcare group Alliance Health Group has expanded for the second time in 12 months, taking on extra space within 54 Hagley Road, Edgbaston.
The expansion sees the group now occupying the entire tenth and eleventh floors of the Grade A office complex, after it agreed a new five-year lease for an extra 2,223 sq ft of space in the east wing.

The company’s expansion comes at the same time as private pension provider Smiths Pensions has further committed to 54 Hagley Road by renewing its tenancy for 1,470 sq ft on the 13th floor at £18 per sq ft.

54 Hagley Road has recently undergone a £100,000 refurbishment, which included the reconfiguration of the Caffe Kix coffee shop and an upgraded reception area.
