Bristol commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles have let an office unit at Glenfrome House in Eastgate Road Bristol to Stagecoach Logistics.
Head of agency Paul Williams said the self-contained suite of four rooms on the ground floor totalled just over 1,000 sq ft and provides an ideal environment for a business in need of immediate access to the M32 and motorway network.
He said: “This unit forms part of a small industrial estate next to the motorway and close to Ikea. It offers an economic base of operations close to the city centre, which suited the business requirements of Stagecoach Logistics, who moved from smaller premises on the estate”.
“We have noticed that SME’s are finding it ever more difficult to locate suitable premises to allow their businesses to grow, and small units such as Glenfrome House which offer economic office space on the fringes of the city centre are therefore increasingly sought after.”
