Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has been named the most active commercial property agency in the North East by Estates Gazette, in what is widely regarded as one of the top accolades for real estate agents.
In the past year, Sanderson Weatherall’s North East agency teams have let or sold a total of over 1.8 million sq ft of commercial, retail and industrial space across the region.
The firm, which has its North East offices in Newcastle and Teesside, was awarded the title for transactions they completed between January 1 and December 31, 2016.

The award comes following a restructure of the firm’s North East agency team, which saw the appointment of industrial agent Darren Naylor, as well as the team’s repositioning as a full service commercial agency covering the areas across Newcastle and Teesside.
