On behalf of Crofton Place Investments Ltd Woodford and Company have let the last two remaining units at 7 & 8 Basingstoke Centre, Winchester Road, Basingstoke. Each of the units totalled approximately 1,202 sq.ft.
Unit 7 was let to Basingstoke Angling Centre, who are looking to expand their internet and distribution business.
Unit 8 was let to babyREFLUX, a Group FMI Ltd company, specialising in the distribution of baby products assisting children with infant reflux problems and sleeping difficulties.
