Acting on behalf of Sussex Police, Flude Commercial have sold the long leasehold of Sussex House, a substantial office development at Crowhurst Road, Brighton, to a private property company.
The building comprises up to 63,242 sq ft of office space arranged around a central warehouse. The site is currently arranged over 3 principal blocks and surrounding an internal warehouse, however there is potential to demolish the warehouse and to create an open courtyard providing surface parking.
The building is soon to be re-configured and improved upon by cladding and insulating all external elevations.
