Following on from a record-breaking 2016, Delta Properties announces that it has signed up DHL as its first 2017 occupier at Central Park, Bristol.
It has sold a 15 acre site in the heart of Central Park to DHL. DHL will soon commence development of a new, bespoke 160,000 sq ft unit.
Commenting on the deal, Michael Shebson of Delta Properties said: “We are delighted to welcome DHL to Central Park. They have a superb, world class reputation, which fits perfectly into the scheme we have created. Many of the occupiers which we signed up last year are now on site developing and to add DHL to this list is confirmation of the quality of our logistics park.
“Highways England has recently announced the location of the new M49 junction, which will come straight into Central Park and this, together with our existing planning permission, rail connections and full infrastructure means Central Park remains virtually unrivalled in the south-west in terms of the quality of our product and ability to immediately develop for a wide range of uses. There is strong interest in the remaining opportunities at Central Park.”
Knight Frank and GVA acted for Delta Properties. DHL was not represented.
