Property developer Robert Hitchins Ltd has bought a second prime office building at Aztec West in Bristol as it continues to grow its investment portfolio in the region.
2520 Aztec West is situated at the entrance to Bristol’s premier business park just off J16 of the M5 and next to the M4/M5 interchange.
The 14,900 sq ft self-contained, two-storey property with 80 parking spaces is let to Allianz Management Services and is adjacent to 2540 Aztec West which Robert Hitchins acquired last year.
Allianz Management Services Ltd provides legal and broker services as a subsidiary of Allianz Holdings plc, one of the top ten general insurers in the UK.
