Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (“TFT”), independent property and construction consultancy, is expanding at its London and Birmingham offices.
Paul Law joins TFT Birmingham as a Senior Building Surveyor supporting the firm’s blue-chip clients across the Midlands. He joins from Opel Associates Consultancy and is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Paul has many years’ experience assisting clients across a whole range of surveying requirements. At TFT, he will also be managing a number of new and refurbishment projects alongside project monitoring for smaller-scale projects in and around Greater Birmingham.
Andrew Pryke joins as a Senior Associate in TFT’s London headquarters. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and joins from Cluttons, previously at JLL. Andrew is a dilapidations expert alongside additional skills in contract administration and project management. Andrew will be drawing on his experience in the City and West End to develop TFT’s capabilities in these disciplines across London.
