Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment by asset managers Canmoor which has already resulted in the arrival of two new occupiers.
Asset Finance UK and Arterius have taken 1,300 sq ft and 1, 900 sq ft of office space respectively at the north Leeds business park joining existing occupiers including Fuel Card Services, Aramark, British Medical Association, Bupa and accountants BHP.
Canmoor’s £1 million refurbishment programme currently underway includes a comprehensive upgrade of the 147,355 sq ft business park to provide contemporary and stylish office accommodation. A new café is also due to open shortly bolstering the on-site amenities further.

The Leeds offices of property advisers JLL and WSB are acting as joint agents on Lawnswood Business Park.

Out of town office take-up last year was over 300,000 sq ft and we are forecasting an even better year in 2017.”

Fronting the Leeds Outer Ring Road, Lawnswood Business Park comprises eight detached office buildings, totalling 147,355 sq ft. Office suites currently available from 1,945 sq ft in size to self-contained buildings of 15,000 sq ft.
