The Knight Frank Shopping Centre Leasing Team maintain their momentum winning two new instructions, from two new clients, adding to its ever growing portfolio of shopping centre leasing instructions.
In Solihull, Knight Frank is providing leasing advice to recent purchaser Moorgarth on the 175,000 sq ft Parkgate Shopping Centre, Shirley.
The St Ann’s Shopping Centre, Harrow boasts 275,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, where Knight Frank are acting on behalf of Orchard Street as retained leasing agents.
Knight Frank’s Shopping Centre Leasing Team, which was formed in early 2016, is now retained as leasing agents on over 1.7m sq ft of shopping centre space across the UK. The team has also recruited Andrew Gilbert from Cushman & Wakefield, who will assist with the growing instruction list.
