Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP have helped the Bristol office of leading project management and technical consultants, WYG relocate their Bristol base to accommodate the company’s expansion.
WYG have acquired the entire second floor of 90 Victoria Street to provide them with 6,504 sq ft of open plan accommodation that can provide seating for some 70 staff plus meeting rooms. The new offices have been refurbished to a high quality providing an attractive working environment.
WYG has acquired the offices on a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental equating to £22.00 per sq ft.
