The construction of six new Industrial / business units at Belbins Business Park in Romsey has just completed and the Park has already welcomed its first new tenant.
Complete Stair Systems (CSS) are relocating to their brand new 1,410 SQ FT end of terrace unit from Base Point in Romsey and will be fitting the premises out with a mezzanine floor incorporating ground floor showroom and first floor offices.

Two further units have been reserved, leaving only three units available. Sizes range from 1,410 sq ft to 1,752 sq ft but can be combined to offer larger floor areas. Windows have been installed at first floor level to some units facilitating the addition of mezzanine floors if required.
Andrew Hodgkinson from Goadsby added:- “Interest in these units has been exceptional and to have the first unit let almost before the cement had set demonstrates their quality and appeal to the market. We anticipate that deals on the remaining units will follow quickly”.
