Prime Industrial Park was developed in the late 1980s to provide workshop and storage space aimed at local businesses within the City. Nearly 30 years later, it is still serving that need and FHP Property Consultants have just completed two lettings of vacant space within the estate.
Unit 10 has been let to local scaffolders, CNN Scaffolding as part of their expansion. CNN Scaffolding have been established for 32 years and operate throughout the UK, with projects including hospitals, bridges and schools. CNN also supply security fencing for sale or hire.
Unit 11 has been let to Alfie Salad Ltd who are relocating from the Wholesale market on Chequers Road. Alfie Salad Ltd is a locally based fruit and veg wholesaler supplying to the trade including takeaways, restaurants and cash & carries.
