Goadsby Commercial are delighted to have completed two new office lettings in Winchester. The 3rd floor at 60/61 High Street has been let to Resourceful Marketing, an inbound B2B marketing agency who have moved to new premises in order to expand their business.
Also in the area, Ashford E-Learning are relocating to Winchester and have completed a lease of Suite 5 at Talbot House on the High Street.
