Development management specialist Nick Lamb has joined national commercial property and construction consultancy Naismiths at its Birmingham office.
Nick, who has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, will focus on projects in the residential, mixed use, regeneration and PRS sectors.
Before joining Naismiths Nick worked at Sigma Capital where he delivered a family housing PRS portfolio on behalf of Gatehouse Bank. Prior to this, he worked alongside developers and investors, and as land and planning director for a national house builder.
In his new role as associate director, Nick will work with Naismiths’ existing client base. He will be responsible for development management on predominantly residential schemes across the UK.
He said: “Naismiths is a niche practice delivering business-focused advice through an excellent team of senior professionals. I hope to add value by expanding their offering through the provision of development management support to new and existing clients.”
Naismiths underwent an exceptional period of growth in 2016. Nick’s arrival follows three senior appointments in Birmingham last year.
