LCP has delivered on its pledge to continue investing in its commercial property portfolio by unveiling two units in the Black Country that have undergone a £100,000 refurbishment.
Units 2 and 3, which comprise more than 18,900 sq ft, at Parkway Business Park, Tipton, are now being marketed after the commercial property management and investment company completed the improvements.
Works to the two units, which are available together or can be let as two smaller units of about 9,000 sq ft each, included minor roof works, redecoration throughout and refurbished kitchen and toilet facilities.
Andrew Preston, industrial portfolio manager at LCP, which is based in Kingswinford, West Midlands, said: “There is demand for units of this size and we are keen to ensure our available units in the West Midlands are in the best condition for would-be occupiers.
“LCP prides itself on investing in its properties and our team of proactive asset managers are well placed to understand the needs of the market. .”
